If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue.

• Order number

• Reason for the refund

• Photos or videos (if applicable)

Once we review your request, we’ll let you know the next steps.

4. Return Shipping

Because our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, we generally do not accept physical returns due to the high cost of international shipping.

In most cases, if your item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement without requiring a return.

If a return is approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing
